The SITZFLEISCH gel pad consists of a hand-laminated high-performance silicone and is therefore significantly more resilient and durable than conventional gel pads. Our gel insert is also suitable for seat heating.
The body weight is evenly distributed, vibrations and shocks are absorbed, numbness and circulatory problems on long rides are reduced.

Gel pad manufacturing
Conventional gel pads deform significantly under load and temperature, permanently changing their shape and losing their original effect. We have developed our own, durable and fairly manufactured gel pad that is insensitive to higher temperatures and does not lose its original effect even under heavy loads.
Gel pad material
Our high-performance silicone is soft but highly tear-resistant, temperature-resistant, age-resistant, resistant to mechanical and chemical influences and therefore permanently dimensionally stable.
The material we use is also suitable for direct contact with the skin or mucous membranes and does not contain any substances classified as hazardous (in accordance with EC Directive 67/548/EEC).
